The complete set of agreements that governs every use of Archangel. Each document is a self-contained, plain-language statement of outcomes — what Archangel does, who is responsible for what, and how disputes are resolved. Mechanisms are not described here; they are protected under separate trade-secret schedules.
Archangel documents follow the outcomes-not-mechanisms discipline. No agreement discloses proprietary detection methods, algorithm design, or hardware topology. Where a clause needs to reference a capability, it references what Archangel produces (a notification, a report, a status), never how Archangel produces it.
Core agreements (9)
- Master Services Agreement. The umbrella contract between White Crown Enterprises and each Authority customer. Term, fees, scope, warranties, indemnity, limits of liability, dispute resolution.
- Terms of Service. The consumer-side agreement for individuals who install Archangel from the Nexus Blue App Store. Rights, responsibilities, safe-use, incident reporting.
- Privacy Policy. What Archangel collects, why, how long, and how a subject asserts their rights. Written to GDPR / UK-GDPR / CCPA / PIPEDA / LGPD standards simultaneously.
- Data Processing Addendum. The GDPR Article 28 processor terms. Attaches to every Authority MSA where personal data is present.
- Acceptable Use Policy. The forbidden uses — surveillance for political targeting, sale to sanctioned parties, use as evidence-of-guilt without human review. Breach terminates the license.
- Capability Statement. The categorical, IP-safe description of what Archangel does and does not do. This is the only place a public-facing document commits to observable behaviour.
- Chain-of-Custody Rider. The Lotus-Chain-per-license attestation that binds every notification to the license under which it was issued. Required for evidentiary use.
- Service Level Agreement. Uptime, notification latency budgets, incident response tiers, credit remedies.
- Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement. Signed before any pilot or design-partner conversation that goes beyond published capability.

- Schools & K-12 Addendum. FERPA, CIPA, COPPA. Parent-notice templates. Restrictions on data sharing with law enforcement absent a warrant.
- Airports & Ground Transit Addendum. TSA coordination protocol, FAA airside restrictions, ground-transit specifics.
- Healthcare Addendum. HIPAA business-associate terms, hospital security integration, PHI-minimisation clauses.
- Government & Public-Sector Addendum. CJIS, StateRAMP, FedRAMP-Moderate posture, FOIA response protocol.
- International Deployment Addendum. Data-residency, EU/UK representative appointment, PIPEDA / LGPD / POPI / PDPA / APPI variants.
Attestations
The Trade-Secret Schedule
Everything Archangel does that is not in this library is protected as trade secret under the White Crown Enterprises IP schedule. That schedule is not published. Design-partners and licensees receive access to specific sections under a signed Mutual NDA and a use-case-scoped access rider. Nothing on this website — including the Test-the-System demonstration — reveals any part of that schedule.
